Magnolia St. 1547 S. Corlies St. Frequents:   The 15 year old victim was walking down the 200 Blk of south 60th st. with two males when the subject in the company of two other males approached the victim and stated"what's up". The subject then pulled a gun from his waistband and began firing striking the victim, who began to run, in the back. SUBJECT TO BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS

Cheltenham Ave. 5603 Sprauge St. 4803 N. 11th St. Frequents:   The subject forced the 15 year old victim into an abandoned property at 2331 N. Park st. where he sexually assaulted her.

Duncannon Avenue, Apt. 2 Frequents:   On April 1, 2007, the subject approached Nikki's Bar to avenge an assault that his friend was the victim of. Fairhill Street Victim was shot by BARNES at 8th & Hunting Park because the suspect mistakenly believed that the victim had burglarized his residence. SUBJECT TO BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS

Once outside the fight started again and the subject was observed pulling a knife and stabbing the victim.
