Speaks broken english. Subject may be from uerto Rico. Last seen riding an older 10-speed english racer type bicycle painted a metallic color, possibly purple. This case has come to be known as the Fairmount Park Rapist. Clothing: not described All cases have been DNA linked to the same offender. Suspect Name: Mark JENNINGS Crime: Forcible Rape Warrant: 6561-07 Case Number: 07-14-063441 PPN: 681592 Date of Birth: 10-07-69 Race / Sex: B/M Height: 5'8" Weight: 130 Hair: black Eyes: brown Clothing: unknown Other Indentifiers: scar on forehead, scar on right eye, corner of left eye, mark on chin and wearing a goatee. Last Address: 3226 N. Bailey Street Subject is accused of visiously assaulting the victim as she slept after entering her residence and sexually assaulting her.

Suspect Name: Aran ABRAMIAN Crime: Forcible Rape Warrant: 264040 Case Number: 01-07-43226 PPN: 898797 Date of Birth: 10.9.81 Race / Sex: W/M Height: 6' Weight: 200 Hair: brown Eyes: brown Clothing: unknown Subject is accused of entering the victims apartment located in the 9000 block of Bustleton Avenue on 11.24.01. Once inside he allegedly forced the victim onto the bed, held his hand over her mouth and sexually assaulted her. Subject last resided in the 7700 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.

Mentor Street 249 W. Mentor Street 761 N. Preston Street Subject is accused of sexually assaulting his 9-year-old daughter and his 7-year-old daughter.

Warrant: 222238 Case Number: 96-06-57022 Date of Birth: 10.1.55 Race / Sex: I/M Height: unk Weight: unk Hair: black Eyes: brown Clothing: not described Wanted for Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse (I.D.S.I.) that is alleged to have occurred on 10.3.96 inside Jefferson Hospital.

Suspect Name: Unknown Crime: Forcible Rape Warrant:   Case Number: 00-09-36547 PPN:   Date of Birth: 25-30yrs Race / Sex: B/M Height: 5'8"-5'10" Weight: 160lbs Hair: black Eyes: brown Clothing: dark cap, 3/4-length dark jacket, white & plaid shirt and carrying a black tote bag. On Sunday, 07.16.2000, at approximately 10:30 PM, the above depicted male entered the victim's home in the 800 block of N. Ringgold Street through an unlocked side door. Once inside he raped the victim, tied her up, then beat and slashed her. The victim managed to escape from her attacker by jumping through a second floor window. The suspect was last seen running from the scene west on the 2400 block of Poplar Street. SUSPECT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS

Suspect Name: Unknown Crime: Forcible Rape Warrant:   Case Number: 02-19-80983 PPN:   Date of Birth: 28-30yrs Race / Sex: B/M Height: 5'8"-5'10" Weight: 150 Hair: black Eyes:   Clothing: brown jacket, blue jeans and possibly a beige scarf On Saturday, 10.19.02 at 5:34am the complainant (a 51 year old woman) reported to Police that she was in the 5600 block of Wyalusing Avenue loading the trunk of her car for a trip when she was approached by an unknown black male who showed her a gun and demanded money. The victim told the suspect that her money was inside of her home. The suspect then escorted the victim to her home and once inside both the victim and her daughter were raped. Taken during this incident was money and a wallet. SUSPECT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS

Suspect Name: Unknown Crime: Forcible Rapes Warrant:   Case Number: 97-02-30939 97-02-36000 PPN:   Date of Birth: 25-30yrs Race / Sex: W/M Height: 5'6"-5'9" Weight:   Hair: dirty blonde Eyes:   Clothing: unknown In June of 1997, at approximately 3:20 AM, an 18-year-old woman was walking in the 2000 block of Cottman Avenue when she was approached by the suspect, pulled into a nearby alley, and forcibly raped and robbed. In July of 1997, at approximately 1:50 AM, a 19-year-old woman was walking in the 1300 block of Cottman Avenue when she was pulled into an alley where she was also raped and robbed. In September of 1997, at approximately 5:10 AM, a 30-year-old woman was walking in the 200 block of Darien Street in Center City Philadelphia when she was pulled into a parking lot by and unknown male who raped and robbed her.
